- Ground shipping is free on all US orders over $35
- We process and ship orders through USPS from New York on Monday - Friday (with the exception of holidays)
- We do our best to ship all orders within 24 - 48 hours of receiving them, but we are a mama run business and some orders can take up to 72 hours to leave our office. Please add this time into your shipping window when placing orders.
- If you are choosing 2-day or overnight shipping, feel free to shoot us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible!
- When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information
- If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please ship the item back within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or product exchange
- After 14 days item may be returned for a store credit
- Unfortunately, we cannot provide return shipping labels for orders outside of the US. For all international returns, customer must pay for returning shipping and create a return label themselves
- No returns/exchanges accepted after 30 days
- Sale items are final sale
- Return shipping is free on all US orders
Please e-mail HELLO@ANJIEANDASH.COM and write RETURN or EXCHANGE with your ORDER # in the subject. Include which item you would like to return in the body of your email. If you would like to do an exchange, include which item you would like instead.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag attached.
We will reply to your email with a return shipping label. Please package up your item and ship it back using the label we provide.
We regret that we cannot accept refunds outside of the US at this time. All international orders are FINAL SALE.
Items marked FINAL SALE are also not eligible for a refund.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and notify you through email.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.
We find it's easier for our customers to follow the return guidelines above and place a new order separately. Feel free to e-mail us at email@example.com if you have any questions or would like help placing a new order.
INSPECT YOUR TEETHING JEWELRY AND FEEDING PRODUCTS
Please inspect all items upon arrival for damage or potential construction flaws. We do our absolute best to ensure the highest standards of our products for the safety of you and your children. Once the item leaves our shipping facility we cannot be sure of issues that arise during transit.
We will absolutely replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you'd like an exchange for this reason, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.
